1. Introduction
Malath Cleaning Services handles customer data only to the extent needed to receive requests, communicate, schedule, perform and follow up on services.
2. Data we collect
Data may include name, mobile number, email, service address, appointment, site notes and order status history.
3. How data is used
Data is used to deliver the service, support customers, improve operations, prevent abuse and meet applicable regulatory and accounting requirements.
4. Protection and retention
Administrative access is restricted and appropriate secure connections and safeguards are used. Retention periods vary according to operational needs and applicable requirements.
5. AI assistant and customer service
When the Malath Smart Assistant is used, internal mode processes messages inside Malath using approved services, packages and knowledge. If an optional cloud provider is selected by administration, the conversation message and limited general context needed to answer may be sent to that provider. System keys and private administration data are not sent, and users should never send passwords, card data or OTP codes. Assistant conversations are retained for an operational period according to configured retention settings and may be linked to a customer-service request when human handoff is selected.
6. Reviews and optional media
After a completed service we may send a review link tied to that booking. Reviews are not published before approval and content review. Optional images are stored outside the public directory and independently reviewed before publication. Mobile numbers and service addresses are not published with reviews.
7. Operational analytics and conversion measurement
We use first-party operational measurement to understand page performance, the booking journey and aggregated visit sources. Raw IP addresses and full User-Agent strings are not stored in analytics records, and analytics identifiers are not used as public customer identifiers. Browser session identifiers are converted to an HMAC fingerprint before storage and query parameters are removed from page paths before recording. Booking-journey events may be linked to a booking after creation to measure conversion and improve service, subject to an administratively controlled retention period. The analytics collector also respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals when sent by the browser.
8. Contact and privacy requests
For privacy requests or questions about your data, contact us using the contact details published on the website.
